Mirror, Mirror, On The Wall

Think of all the times you realized someone’s questions or concerns mirrored something in your own life.

It’s as if they were a messenger just for you, for exactly what you needed to clarify a thought, a challenge, or reassurance.

This, my friends, is exactly why we need community.

It’s a paradox that we sometimes feel we will be seen as selfish by not asking for help. Yet, when we don’t share, we are selfishly staying within our own limited minds and denying another the chance to reframe their own issues though the lens of your experiences.

When a story is shared with you, it’s not for you to judge, pick apart, or ridicule.

Listen with a full heart and no agenda, remembering it’s the gift of a mirror that you can later embody for another.
